What you do for fun
:) Sometimes I am silly having my nails painted in 2 colors. The orange (yes, it is orange) is because Jim wanted orange nails... But it fits Easter week, so I think it is cool!

Key
... To a terrific Sunday where you forget everything!
My new skis are amazing. I didn't want to stop skiing, the weather was perfect, the company good and the snow nice!

Why asking for something is so hard
Some people have no issues asking for help. It seems like everyone likes to help them. Should be easy for everyone then to ask and get help from anyone, especially friends and family, no?
And still, it is hard for some people to approach their loved ones when in need. Although they help everyone and under any circumstance, sometimes even without a thank you, putting their own plans to the side, they hesitate to ask for a favor when they need one.
But why is that? Why do some people have so many issues to admit that they cannot do it alone, to ask others for help?
Are they too proud or is it simply because they do not want to be disappointed? Do they maybe expect too much? Do they expect that everyone is as selfless as they are when it comes to other people and are disappointed when they find out that this is not the case?
How does one break this habit and be able to ask for help? How does one manage to not be disappointed when the person asked for help says no for no obvious reason?
